About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students who face complex challenges, including adverse childhood experiences.
- Provide pastoral care and emotional support to enhance students' self-esteem and resilience.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning, fostering both personal and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers and multi-therapy teams to deliver tailored interventions and promote positive behaviors.
- Create a safe and empowering environment where students can thrive emotionally and academically.
This role is particularly well-suited for graduates with a background in Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, or Counselling, eager to gain practical experience in a supportive and impactful educational setting.
