Teqniq is searching for a Placement Officer to work in the public sector.

Job Description:

Experience of working in Children’s Social Care or equivalent.
We are looking for someone with prior children’s brokerage experience.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and be extremely well organised, taking a pro-active approach to your workload.
Experience of working in a complex multi-agency environment including working with health, voluntary and community sector and the independent sector.
Able to respond positively and professionally to referrals by Social Workers, ensuring the quality of information enables the identification of placements that meet the child’s or young person’s assessed needs.
Have due regard to health and safety in relation to self and children in care, whilst identifying potential placements.
