- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As a Therapy Support Worker, you will provide essential support to students with complex emotional and behavioural needs, working closely with experienced therapists and educators. Your contributions will help create a nurturing and structured environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with therapists to deliver tailored support plans and therapeutic activities.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, fostering their emotional resilience and social skills.
- Assist in managing challenging behaviours using positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies.
- Work as part of a supportive team to create a safe and encouraging learning environment.
- Serve as a mentor and role model, helping students build confidence and self-regulation skills.
