We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to help create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every student can achieve their full potential.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide individual and group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Understanding of SEN strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support (preferred).
