This friendly team are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to help students develop the skills necessary for success both academically and socially.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural needs.
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management plans.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Regularly monitor and report on the progress of students.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to support holistic student development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with students, staff, and parents.
  • High levels of patience, empathy, and a consistently positive attitude.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant educational or training background in education, psychology, or behaviour management is preferred.
