The Role: This friendly team are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of our students. You will work closely with our supportive staff and use innovative approaches to engage and inspire students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEND students.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SEND students.
  • Strong understanding of SEND strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
