A&G Resourcing Ltd is excited to recruit a Warehouse Operative for our valued client based in Crowthorne (Wokingham). This is atemp -permposition offering a steady career path, competitive pay, and the chance to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Details:

Pay:

£12.21 per hour + holiday allowance

£16.24 per hour for overtime (over 40 hours per week)

Approx. £31,500 per annum once permanent

Working Pattern:

Week 1:

Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)

Sunday: Off

Week 2:

Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)

Wednesday: Off

Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)

Saturday & Sunday: Off

Then back to Week 1 schedule

Driving Licence & Own Transport:

Essential - due to the location, reliable transport is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Lifting and moving materials - heavy lifting is part of the job, so you’ll stay active!

Assisting with the maintenance and care of PVC and other materials.

Helping to load and unload deliveries - no two days are the same.

Organizing equipment in the yard and ensuring smooth operations.

Role Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is ideal, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Physically fit - you’ll need to handle heavy lifting.

Driving licence and own transport - absolutely essential due to location

A positive, 'can-do’ attitude with good communication skills.

Forklift experience is a bonus (but we can train you!).

Flexibility - some weekend and longer duty days may be required.
