Your new companyA well-established and highly reputable accountancy practice located in Wolverhampton is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their highly successful team. The firm works with some exciting and highly valued clients across the area of West Midlands as well as beyond, ensuring that they are at the heart of everything they do. They value their staff and ensure all are treated equally, but also recognised and rewarded accordingly.Your new roleYou will be working within a busy team amongst other accountants and a varied portfolio of clients, reporting directly to the firm Partners. Your main tasks will include supporting, supervising, and coaching the junior members of the team, while also finding ways in which the firm can progress and grow. Some of the other day-to-day tasks will include: preparing accounts, reviewing audits, currently submitting corporation and personal tax returns to HMRC, and preparing P11ds.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA/ICAEW qualified, however candidates qualified by experience will also be considered for this role. You should have great attention to details, be great at developing and maintaining strong relationships with your clients as well as other members of the team, and be passionate about delivering the best possible services.
