Accounts Senior

Your new companyWell-established independent accountancy firm in the Black Country, West Midlands seeking to recruit a practice accountant with solid statutory accounts preparation experience to join their team as an Accounts Semi-Senior or Senior.

Your new roleWorking with a varied client base of mostly SME businesses which will include sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, you will work alongside the other Accounts Seniors and will prepare statutory accounts from start to finish. You will use a range of accounting software such as Sage, Xero and Quickbooks. You may assist with some audit assignments, but the main focus of the role will be on accounts preparation.

What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will have gained several years' experience within a UK accountancy practice and will be confidently able to prepare a set of accounts to review stage. You will be at least AAT qualified or will have started studying towards ACCA qualifications. My clients are keen to find an individual able to meet deadlines, work well within a team and build relationships with clients.
