We're seeking a talented Assistant Management Accountant to join dynamic finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller. In this key role, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's financial health and driving continued success.
Hybrid working is on offer with the opportunity to work from home twice a week, with a salary between £27,000- £32,000 per annum + study support.

What you'll be doing:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Prepare and reconcile balance sheets and other financial accounts
- Process supplier invoices and manage credit control procedures
- Support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Assist the Finance Manager with year-end processes and audits
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
What you'll bring:
- AAT qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to learn and develop your accounting expertise
