Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking to take the next step in your career with a highly reputable regional main contractor?

Our client, a well-established construction company based in Wolverhampton, is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of construction and refurbishment projects, with bid and tender values of up to 10m.

As Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction process, working across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including:

• Commercial
• Education
• Agriculture
• Industrial
• Social Housing

The workload consists of 75% public sector projects and 25% private sector, offering a variety of challenges and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction and refurbishment projects.
• Managing tenders and bid submissions.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Assessing project risks and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Our client values work-life balance and offers flexible working, with just one day per week required in the office. In addition to a competitive salary of up to 77K, the package includes:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator, ideally within a main contractor environment.
• A strong understanding of construction and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tenders and work effectively to deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
