About the Role:
As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the company's financial health. Your responsibilities will include managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Offer strategic advice to support key business decisions and improve financial performance.
- Supervise and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Professional qualification in finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in a financial management role, ideally in a mid to large-sized organisation.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing finance teams.
