Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a critical role in the development of the business as it continues to scale. It provides a motivated individual with an ideal opportunity to grow with the business during its next phase of growth. The Financial Controller will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the financial control environment including all finance operational processes and development of business systems. The key responsibilities for this position include: - Finance and operational systems - Treasury/ cash management - Cash forecasting - Billing/ credit control/ purchase ledger - Integration of new acquisitions - Governance - Maintaining a clean audit report - Supporting commercial teams on margin improvement plans To be considered for this role you will have an entrepreneurial nature and will have demonstrated clear value add activities in the companies you've worked at previously. You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), and seeking opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic, profitable business where you will really be able to grow and develop the role as this business grows.
