I am delighted to be sourcing for the newly created role of Financial Controller within a PE backed, buy and build professional services provider. This is a really interesting time to join the business. Recent PE investment, a strong portfolio of M&A mandates in the pipeline and a number of internal projects to manage around systems and processes will ensure that your responsibilities from Day One will be challenging. The market within which the business operates is ripe for consolidation and the appetite, backing and expertise is all in place. Success is based upon robust reporting and controls and this is why this role has the attention and backing of the Board and Investors. You will ideally be a Practice trained Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with a strong eye for controls and processes, ideally with exposure to a regulated environment. Change and transformation will be at the core of the role. West Midlands based, circa £75k base salary.
