This fast-paced, US owned manufacturing business in Wolverhampton is looking to strengthen their Finance team with the appointment of a qualified Financial Accountant ideally first move from practice or second time move.

Due to a succession planning there is an excellent role within a thriving business that has ambitious plans for the future. This role will report directly into an experienced Financial Controller who will be someone in a great position to learn and develop from.

Ideally, you will:

  • Have strong technical accounting skills which are essential, with experience of working with IFRS/ US SOX and/or European local statutory regulations
  • Be qualified (ACCA or ACA) and looking for a genuine opportunity to advance, progress and develop your career in a large forward-thinking business
  • Have had previous exposure to tax, compliance and be up to date with all recent legislation's
  • Work with various stakeholders on the alignment of finance processes to ensure a consistent approach in handling change
