- Lead and manage a finance team of 50+, fostering high performance and ensuring key deliverables are met
- Mentor and develop team members for continuous professional growth
- Oversee timely preparation of statutory accounts and manage audits to secure unqualified opinions
- Ensure balance sheet accuracy through reconciliations and robust internal controls
- Supervise AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, and Payroll operations, driving process improvements and system enhancements
- Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, providing financial insights to support strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, ideally in interim or contract roles
- Skilled in leading large teams (50+) and managing statutory reporting, balance sheet control, and financial operations
- Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills
- Analytical, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools
