Description
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote financial understanding and responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.
Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
- Experience in similar role.
- Proficient with management accounts & business partnering.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and finance software.
- Analytical mind with a strategic ability.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Offer
