FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an SME who are within the FMCG sector. The company require candidates with knowledge of Xero & MS Excel ideally.
Suitable candidates will have an all rounded knowledge of transactional finance & work within a similar, hands on role within an SME at the moment.
You'll be reporting into the Finance Director daily & have the ability to manage your own workload, ensuring efficient practice & supporting the FD during month end.

- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Data entry into Sage 50
- Supporting with VAT queries
- Raising, sharing & logging invoices with customers & suppliers
- Resolving any queries raised from customers or suppliers
- Processing Expenses, Rebates and Payments
- Assisting the Finance Director with their month / year-end duties
- Answering telephones/emails and dealing with queries
- Chasing payments over the phone and via email
