OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office & Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong clerical skills and proficiency in various software applications, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

This is a Temporary role for 2 months with an ASAP start!

Duties

  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date client records and account information.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management.
  • Utilise Microsoft for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks as required.
  • Processing sales and purchase orders

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity Sage 50 is ESSENTIAL.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong clerical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
