We are seeking a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join our client based in Wolverhampton. This role involves managing a variety of tasks including receiving and triaging calls, scheduling resources, and liaising with engineers to ensure efficient service delivery. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Receive and manage communications from clients through phone calls, emails, and our client portal.
  • Triage calls to determine urgency and required actions.
  • Coordinate and schedule resources effectively to meet service demands.
  • Pass and delegate calls to engineers and ensure they have the information needed to respond effectively.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with engineers to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
  • Work closely with dedicated coordinator teams to manage regional activities.
  • Participate in ‘Reconnect Days’ where the whole team gathers in the office for collaboration and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in scheduling and resource coordination, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling client communications and liaising with operational staff.
  • Comfortable with remote working arrangements and capable of maintaining productivity.
  • Positive attitude, full accountability, and a focus on client needs as per our ACT (Accountability, Commitment, Teamwork) values.
