Service Administrator

This role involves managing a variety of tasks including receiving and triaging calls, scheduling resources, and liaising with engineers to ensure efficient service delivery. Day-to-day of the role:
- Receive and manage communications from clients through phone calls, emails, and our client portal.
- Triage calls to determine urgency and required actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in scheduling and resource coordination, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling client communications and liaising with operational staff.
- Comfortable with remote working arrangements and capable of maintaining productivity.
- Positive attitude, full accountability, and a focus on client needs as per our ACT (Accountability, Commitment, Teamwork) values.
