Your new role

  • Reception Duties: Support the reception area, welcoming visitors and managing parent queries.
  • Communication: Handle telephone calls and emails, ensuring effective communication within the school community.
  • SIMS Management: Maintain and update the school's SIMS database, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and distributing information.
  • Visitor Management: Coordinate and manage visitors, ensuring they are properly signed in and directed to the appropriate areas.

What you'll need to succeed

  • School Experience: Previous experience working in a school environment is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
