Technical Administrator - Wealth Management (Wolverhampton)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join an established wealth management team in Wolverhampton. The role involves supporting advisors and paraplanners, ensuring efficient delivery of services and maintaining high standards of client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with administrators and paraplanners to meet business process needs.
  • Prepare clear reports and recommendations in line with compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records on Salesforce and manage post-meeting actions.
  • Gather product details, quotes, and illustrations for meaningful comparisons.
  • Stay updated with template changes and advice notes.
  • Assist in preparing client and advisor meeting documentation, including compliance files, research, and illustrations.
  • Organize and chase ceding information to support paraplanners.
  • Process applications and ensure timely submission of business documentation to SJP, clients, and third parties.
  • Handle client withdrawals and encashments in compliance with guidelines.
  • Contribute to internal meetings and engage in regular training to maintain technical competence.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration (desirable).
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and client management systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to change and innovative problem-solving.
