Lead Auditor – Business Systems
Contractual Hours: 39 Hours per week
Are you a seasoned Lead Auditor with expertise in Quality and Environmental Management Systems? We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead Auditor – Business Systems to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of business management systems across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the maintenance and development of quality and environmental management system documentation, ensuring accurate control and supervision of all amendments.
- Coordinate internal and external audits (including Re-certification and Customer audits), ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
- Collaborate across business units to drive continuous improvement in systems, quality, and environmental awareness.
- Support the rollout of new business systems, providing training, awareness, support, and assessment to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage quality and environmental system-related documentation, ensuring effective distribution and control.
- ISO9001/14001 Lead Auditor qualification is required.
- HNC level qualification in a Quality-related discipline is essential.
- Proven background in developing and maintaining quality business systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control plans, & Standardized work documents.
- Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and preferably TS/IATF16949.
