As part of their growth, they are looking for a customer-focused and driven Internal Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment. This will be a permanent, full time position running Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm based onsite at their office in Wolverhampton. Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and inquiries via phone and email using a CRM system.
  • Handle incoming customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service.
  • Support customer retention and growth by proactively engaging with current and potential clients.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
  • Provide product recommendations based on client needs.
  • Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints effectively.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support sales and customer service operations.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or account management (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, confident, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
