Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will;
- Processing and verifying invoices for goods and services.
- Preparing and executing payment orders via cheque or electronic transfer.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Creating and updating records and databases with financial data.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to streamline payment processes.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively as part of the Accounting & Finance team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
