Responsibilities:As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that all areas are spotless and inviting. Your duties will include:
Performing thorough cleaning duties. Damp dusting all furniture and fixture's, including radiators and ledges.To replenish all toilet requisites; Hand towels, rubbish sacks etc. Cleaning W.C.s to the highest standardsFollowing COSHH regulations for safe handling of cleaning productsReporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.Collect and bag up refuse and deliver to bin area's.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous cleaning experience.Knowledge of COSHH regulationsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approachAbility to work independently or as part of a teamExcellent time management skills.You will be required to travel up to 40 minutes to different locations around Wolverhampton either by car or public transport. You will be asked to provide references, and these will need to be contactable.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in a similar role within a professional setting for example; Offices, schools, cafes etc.Basic understanding of health and safety regulationsAbility to handle cleaning equipment and tools effectively.Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
Technologies:
Familiarity with cleaning machinery and equipment

Note: This is a DBS role, and successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check. Please note if you have been in the UK less then 5 years you will need an over sea's police check from the country of your origin.
