- A relevant degree in business management / finance / information technology OR work experience within a business environment and preferably within manufacturing and distribution

- You will embark by completing a 12-week intensive classroom style training course to give you a fundamental understanding of the product and knowledge to help you progress within the business.
- You will be trained in how to identify business needs and issues by creating or developing new systems, improving processes and strategy planning.
- You will be required to pass the relevant professional qualification as you progress.
- Excellent starting salary of £26,000, which is reviewed annually.
