About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Consultant to join our Client Services team for a high-impact implementation project. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our Dynamics 365 system by setting up workflows, managing data imports, and creating key reports to ensure smooth and efficient client service operations.

As part of this project, you will play an instrumental role in streamlining internal processes, offering data-driven insights, and helping the business maximize the value of Dynamics 365 across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Consultant, you will:

  • Configure and set up workflows to optimise customer data management and enhance client service operations.
  • Load, structure, and maintain data within the system, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all datasets.
  • Oversee email capture and allocation processes to improve customer support efficiency and streamline internal communication.
  • Evaluate and recommend licensing needs across the organisation for the most effective Dynamics 365 usage.
  • Generate, customize, and analyse reports to provide actionable insights for client decision-making and business growth.
  • Advise on the use of Dynamics 365 for the development of a client portal, tailoring the solution to the client’s unique needs.
  • Integrate Power BI and SharePoint add-ons into Dynamics 365 for improved reporting and data visualization.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams to ensure optimal use of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, particularly with implementation and configuration.
  • Strong data management skills, including experience pulling and organising large datasets.
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analysis.

Desirable Skills:

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience with SharePoint integrations, especially add-ons for Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of client portal development and configuration using Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 licensing best practices for comprehensive, organization-wide implementations.
