Quality Business Systems Engineer
Location: WolverhamptonSalary: £47,000Hours: 39 per week (flexible, occasional overtime/weekends)
Are you an experienced Lead Auditor with a passion for quality and continuous improvement in manufacturing? We're looking for a Business Systems Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance our Business Management System.
What You'll Do:
? Maintain & improve Quality & Environmental Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949).? Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with business-wide quality and environmental standards.? Control and update quality and environmental management system documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.? Work with cross-functional teams to drive system & quality improvements, ensuring best practices across the business.? Develop and implement new business systems, including training, awareness, and assessment programs.? Support business initiatives to improve quality and environmental awareness at all levels of the organisation.? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in processes and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
? ISO9001/14001 Lead Auditor qualification (essential).? HNC (or higher) in a Quality-related discipline.? Strong background in quality business systems within manufacturing.? Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Work.? Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.? A flexible and proactive approach to work.
