Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum
Our client are seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to join their busy M&E team in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and filter a busy Outlook inbox: raise new jobs, record updates, and respond to inquiries.
- Update job information on the company portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Raise and track purchase orders.
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding job status, dates, times, locations, access details, and health and safety requirements.
- Input data and create monthly reports.
- Maintain trackers and portals to ensure information is always up-to-date.
- Create and distribute Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) and Permits to Work.
- Coordinate bookings with centre management and raise permits.
- Plan and schedule the weekly tasks for engineers.
- Assist in preparing and tracking facilities budgets.
- Provide general office administrative support.
- Cover for the Service Manager and other administrative staff during holidays.
On-Call Requirements:
- Weekend inbox checks (remote on-call) for 2 out of 4 weekends on a 2-week on, 2-week off rota.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Essential: Experience in all Microsoft Office packages and facilities administration ideally within an M&E Business.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Job Logic software.
