The role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance, carpentry, and joinery tasks, as well as installing and repairing fire doors.
Candidates must hold an NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds in Carpentry/Joinery and have experience with fire doors and health & safety legislation.
The position offers a salary of up to £31,000, depending on experience, along with 40 days of holiday and free on-site parking.
This is a static site role, eliminating the need for travel.

The role

Working as a key part of the Estate team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to a large single site.
Delivering planned and reactive repairs maintenance
Working on other projects wherecarpentry and joinery is required
Installing and repair of fire doors
Working with external contractors where required, advising on works.
