Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a public sector estates teamwho are looking to appoint a Carpenter.
The role
- Working as a key part of the Estate team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to a large single site.
- Delivering planned and reactive repairs maintenance
- Working on other projects wherecarpentry and joinery is required
- Installing and repair of fire doors
- Working with external contractors where required, advising on works.
Requirements
- You will hold an NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds in Carpentry/Joinery
- Good working knowledge and experience of carpentry and joiner
- Experience working with fire doors
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation

- Salary up to 31,000 dependant on experience
