What will you be doing?

  • Making outbound calls to the existing customer database.
  • Providing quotations for a complete product range.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers through effective communication.
  • Identifying customer product needs by generating and converting new and existing leads.
  • Using Salesforce to track sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions and report on sales performance.
  • Running campaigns to generate new business leads.
  • Meeting set KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

What will you ideally bring to the role?

  • Demonstrate success in building relationships in an outbound sales role.
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as SAGE and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, offering proactive problem-solving solutions.
