- Develop and implement the CRM strategy to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with the overall digital strategy.
- Manage customer segmentation to deliver targeted and personalised messaging.
- Analyse customer behaviour to inform CRM initiatives.
- Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM.

A successful Senior CRM Executive should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management in the retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer behaviour data.
- Strong working knowledge and track record of using Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel to their Wolverhampton offices 4 times a week.
