Asbestos Surveyor - West Midlands
£30,000 - £34,000 + Benefits + Overtime + Career Progression + Further Qualifications
This is an exciting opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading environmental consultancy who are looking to add to their Midlands team. My client has an excellent reputation within the market in a number of different sectors and work on major sites within the region. They are offering the chosen Asbestos Surveyor the opportunity to gain further qualifications and really progress through a leading consultancy.
My client is looking to speak to Asbestos Surveyors as soon as possible so they can get the chosen one to start with them ASAP!
To be considered for this role the Asbestos Surveyor needs to be BOHS P402 qualified and have at least 3 years' experience in this role especially in doing R & D surveys.
In addition to this you need to have a Full UK driving license and excellent interpersonal, reading and writing skills.
Key Duties of the Asbestos Surveyor includes:
- Conducting management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a wide range of sites
- Working on highly sought-after contracts in the West Midlands region and this can include retail, MOD and Blue Light Services.
- Developing relationships with clients, colleagues and members of the public whilst out on site
- A full understanding of all legislations to keep in line with UKAS accreditation and Company policies
