A leading company within the renewables and energy sectorare looking for a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of reducing carbon footprints and improving energy performance across residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of properties to identify energy efficiency improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive retrofit reports, including recommendations for energy-saving measures.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored retrofit strategies that meet their needs and comply with current regulations.
- Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and relevant legislation.
- Provide guidance on funding options and incentives available for retrofit projects.
Qualifications:
- Certified Retrofit Assessor (Elmhurst) and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
