Permanent
£16.00 p/hour = £33,280k + van, fuel and Call out
West Midlands
We are looking for an experienced Multi-trade to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a Permanent basis who has a background in Ground Works and able to work externally. This role will be working in Commercial settings throughout the West Midlands, predominately Wolverhampton.
As a Multi-trade your duties will include:
Reactive & planned maintenance of Ground work and externals
Ground Works including but not limited to: Slabbing, new pathways, brickwork, Pipe laying
External works including but not limited to: Carpentry, Roofing, Fencing, brickwork, Landscaping
Carrying out repairs to the Fabric of a building including door frames, walls and skirting boards
As a Multi-trade you will need:
Experienced in Ground works and External
Reactive and planned maintenance
Valid CSCS Card
Asbestos Awareness
Full Clean UK Driving Licence
Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role
NVQ level 2 minimum in your primary trade
IT literate
High standard of work
Good communicator
The successful Multi-Trade will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector. There are great opportunities for overtime, which is paid at a higher rate. You will also be on call out 1 in every 6 weeks where you will receive £100 standby fee payment from door to door. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, work wear, PPE, Phone, Tablet, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension contribution. You will be enrolled into the company Private Health care plan after successful completion of 6 month probation.
