Contentious Probate Practitioner

As Senior Contentious Probate Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring the contentious probate team, setting its direction and development.
• Managing a varied caseload of high-value contentious probate matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while generating your own work and managing an existing caseload.
• Collaborating with the wider litigation team on complex and high-profile cases.

We’re looking for a Senior Contentious Probate Practitioner with:

• Extensive PQE in contentious probate, with a proven track record of managing high-value cases.
• Experience in leading a team, mentoring junior colleagues, and shaping the direction of a department.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to generate and sustain your own workload.
