This unique position involves building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area, leveraging both office and remote working environments to maximise effectiveness and reach.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to enhance the Estate Agency's visibility and reach within the designated area.
  • Build and maintain business contacts with local constituencies to increase referrals and expand the Estate Agency network.
  • Value and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions using a substantial marketing budget.
  • Oversee the entire property sales process from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Collaborate with sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff at the nearby hub office to manage day-to-day operations once properties are on the market.
