Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to manage time effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Present products and services effectively, demonstrating their value to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using IT systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Requires, and will strongly benefit from, previous experience in steel and manufacturing industries
  • Good technical understanding of material, machinery and manufacturing practices
  • Good communication skills, verbally and in written form. An ability to communicate precisely, amiably and persuasively will stand out.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable
  • Good core computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Windows required.
  • Good core office admin skills required.
