The position offers a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per year depending on experience.
Applicants are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in CNC programming and operation.

What will you be doing?• You will be responsible for machining parts on a CNC machinery with Fanuc or Heidenhain controllers, • Programming, setting and operating the machine to produce accurate components, • Working to drawings with minimum supervision. Where will you be doing it?• Our client operates in the nuclear and defence sector and was founded over 50 years ago. What you'll need: • Experience on CNC machinery with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls, • Be able to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances, • Ability to use measuring equipment such as micrometres, • Good understanding of manufacturing protocols including OEE and 5S.
