Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 with a 15 minute break in the morning and an hour lunch break
Friday 08:00-16:30 with a 15 minute break in the morning an half an hour for lunch
Pay: 14-17 depending on experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in setting, programming, and operating CNC machines, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and adjusting CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet exact specifications, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure precision and quality by performing regular inspections and measurements of machined components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or programming issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine settings as needed.
- Draw and interpret customer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and keep machinery in excellent working order.
- Follow all safety and quality control guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter, Programmer, and Operator.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
