CNC Setter Programmer

This small to medium sized family-owned company, was founded in the Year 2000. Over the past 19 years they have gained reputation forhigh quality, response time and going further for the customer.
They are an ISO (Apply online only) accredited UK manufacturer of Non-StandardFasteners.They producebespoke Bolts and Nutsto customer specifications in material sourced from European Mills. Special Fasteners in critical alloys, small to large sized diameters and lengths are their forte

They offer any head to shank combination, and all bespoke bolting is accompanied with BSEN(phone number removed).1 Certification with full traceability.

This established business has an immediate role for a CNC Setter Programmer to join the Wolverhampton based team.

Duties:

• Set up and operate Haas CNC Milling Machines
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
• Write and modify CNC programs using logic controllers
• Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Handle materials efficiently within the workshop environment

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of CNC machining processes
• Experience withHaascontrols
• Ability to operate mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
• Competent in materials handling procedures within a manufacturing setting

This is a permanent full time role, working 07.00-16.15 Monday to Thursday and 07.00-12.00 on a Friday.
