MONDAY – FRIDAY: ROTATING DAYS/AFTERNOONS/NIGHTS
6AM - 2PM/ 2PM - 10PM / 10PM - 6AM
£28K to £33.5K PER ANNUM (EQUATING TO £15.00 - £18.00 PER HOUR)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Tube Laser Operator to join our well-established client based in Wombourne, Wolverhampton on a full-time permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties
- Set up and operate CNC laser tube cutting machines in line with production schedules
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precision cutting
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues as needed
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Essential Skills
?? Minimum one year of experience in laser tube cutting or CNC machine operation?? Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately?? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team?? Willingness to work rotating shifts (Days/Afternoons) or permanent nights
Desirable Experience
? Knowledge of steel processing and fabrication? Experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting? Forklift or overhead crane experience (advantageous but not essential)
