About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Site Manager to oversee operations during the overnight shifts on a large commercial construction project in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising concrete pours and other essential activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all overnight site operations, including concrete pours.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and within quality standards.
- Report directly to the Project Manager and provide regular updates.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any site issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and material usage.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management, particularly in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete pours and construction processes.
- Previous experience in night shifts within construction preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- CSCS Card (Manager level) required.
- First Aid certification is a plus.
