The Role:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the commercial lead on a landmark 10m hotel project. While the role is predominantly office-based, you will undertake occasional site visits to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts, procurement, and sub-contractor agreements.
- Oversee cost control, financial reporting, and risk management for the project.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with company standards, client requirements, and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
- Strong background in managing projects
- Understanding of JCT Design and Build contract
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail.
- Strong IT proficiency, including cost management tools.
