Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: West Midlands, West Midlands, Wolverhampton

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, House Building

Salary: £75000 - £85000 Per annum

An award-winning house builder is seeking an additional Contracts Manager to join their team and oversee two sites in the West Midlands.

Job Duties:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the contracts on traditional new build housing sites
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
Prepare and review contract documents, including variations and claims
Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance

Required Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Contracts Manager role with a house builder
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and Health & Safety standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working Conditions:

Office-based with frequent site visits and travel between project locations
Full-time hours, with occasional evening and weekend work required to meet project deadlines
