Adecco are recruiting to work on site with our client Collins where we are redefining the future of the aerospace industry! We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to support our Contracts & Commercial team in the exciting world of aerospace.

What does the role look like?

As a diligent Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Collins Aerospace Actuation Systems business. You will utilise your Microsoft skills and keen eye for detail to manage a portfolio of military and civil contracts. Working closely with our Contract Officer, Managers, and other functions, you will ensure contractual obligations are met while providing a competitive advantage.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

Create and maintain contracts records and entries in the contracts registerMaintain a sales price database for Commercial and FinancePerform audits of work instructions and processes to ensure compliance with corporate policies and proceduresDraught customer facing letters and compile contract summariesManage contract flow down document and support contract management activitiesCompiling departmental measures of performance and manage access to customer portalsSupport continuous improvement activities and maintain document register and repository

Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong working knowledge of MS Office programmes
