We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employment Skills Coach to join our client in the Wolverhampton area. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping individuals enhance their employability skills and achieve their career goals.An enhanced DBS is required for the position.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective employability training sessions to diverse groups of learners
  • Develop and update training materials to ensure they are current and relevant
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners
  • Support learners in creating CVs, preparing for interviews, and improving job search strategies
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employability training
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a trainer in the employability sector or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employability skills, job market trends, and recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
  • A teaching or training qualification is desirable but not essential
  • An enhanced DBS is essential for this role
